Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are looking forward to our upcoming three-way conferences scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2023. Please note that students will not be attending school this day, but are asked to attend conferences. Kindergarten conferences will be held on both Wednesday, November 8 and Thursday, November 9. There will be no school for Kindergarten on November 8 & 9 due to conferences being held. Conferences will be held in person. Please contact your child’s teacher if you are unable to meet in person and would like to request a virtual option. The intention is for parents/guardians, students, and classroom teacher to discuss goals for the school year and ways to work together to support student learning.
To facilitate this, we will use an online sign up system. If you have more than one child in the school, you will need to sign up with each child’s classroom teacher.
If you have difficulty signing up or do not have access to technology, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
This information will also be shared on Edsby, our learning management system. Classroom and school information, along with student assessment will be shared on Edsby. Please complete the required permission forms to gain access if you have not already done so. This is a great tool to assist with communication between home and school.
